Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Terms of "Money Back Guarantee"

Money back guarantee only applies to all unsealed products - that is individual cards and graded cards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with product supplied (e.g. not happy with the condition of the card, incorrectly ordered the wrong product etc.) we will refund the full cost of the item less shipping cost. PokeTrader Australia expects any buyer issuing the right for the money back guarantee to return the item in a timely manner (see section 2).

2. Return of Items

Those approved for refund of monies are liable to return all products refunded. The buyer assumes all cost involved in returning items. Note that monies will be refunded once all items are returned in a satisfactory condition. Returns are expected to arrive within 10 days of acknowledgement by us to honour the money back guarantee

PokeTrader Australia assumes the right to decline refunds as per the terms above (and within the ACCC laws)
